Old High Street Folkestone

We worked with local chartered building surveyors and old friends Gooden Allen Lawn on the refurbishment of this building at the bottom of the Old Hg Street in Folkestone.
The building comprises of a Ground Floor restaurant with 9 first floor studios and 2 apartments on the second floor.

The scaffolding is now finally down and the the Breton inspired colours shine out over the Harbour.
