Foster Gearing has been working with the Saga Group for many years. Our most recent project has been the refurbishment of Cheriton Parc in Folkestone, Kent, England. As ever we thoroughly enjoyed working with the Saga team led by Sarah Fenton and Joy Evans.

Cheriton Parc is the former home of Eurotunnel, Saga took over the building in late 2008.

Our brief was to produce a stimulating and comfortable working environment.

We commissioned original pieces of artwork like this sculpture by Ben Westacott for the meeting room.

The meeting room enjoys wonderful views of the Channel Tunnel and the French Coast. The table was specifically designed for the space to complment the Eames meeting chairs.

This original artwork was produced by Harry Leeder, a promising young artist who works closely with our London office.

Saga are great fun the work with. They always encourage creative ideas and are keen to support local artists. A painting by Maggie Large is here adjacent to a printed wall with text conjuring images and emotions of the nearby sea and travel.

Our brief included the promotional and branding material.
