Another property recently completed by The Creative Foundation and designed by Foster Gearing is no 51, The Old High Street in Folkestone, consisting of a ground floor retail unit, studio space and apartment.  External shots coming soon!

QUBA

QUBA Sails have 13 clothing stores UK wide, specialising in nautical fashion and accessories.  Foster Gearing are very pleased to have taken on the refit of these stores, involving a large element of rebranding and artwork.  Our first QUBA refits in Chichester and Padstow are now complete, with the Portsmouth store near completion.  Images of the stores coming very soon.

59 Tontine Street Folkestone

Due to be completed soon for the Creative Foundation is no. 59 Tontine Street, Folkestone, a retail space with studio space above.  Our artist’s impressions are below, with photographs to follow on completion.

63 The Old High Street, Folkestone

Another Recently completed building designed by Foster Gearing is 63 The Old High street, in Folkestone’s Creative Quarter. Here are some photos of the finished upstairs apartment. The building also includes a ground floor retail space and 2 studio spaces.

Folkestone Academy

One of our most recently completed projects is at the Folkestone Academy, where we specified the academy’s finishes, furnishings and designed both the construction and finishes of a new library.

Interior design walk-through

Now live on the movie site is our animated walk-through of 56-58 The Old High Street. It was created entirely in Cinema 4D and sketch up with a soundtrack created in garageband and then lovingly hand stitched together in final cut. The building is now finished and houses the Creative Quarter visitors centre. The upper floors contain 7 studios and a studio apartment. As well as designing the exterior we created the interior layout and specified all the finishes. Hope you like it.
